This program is used to prepare an estimate for your doctor for any particular case.

Enter the doctors name, patient name, Initials of the person preparing this estimate, The contact person at the doctors office, and any special notes that you want to appear on the estimate in the appropriate text boxes.

New Estimate

Use this button to clear the estimate screen in preparation for a new entry.

Add a Charge, Remove a Charge, Gold Charges, Special Charges

These buttons work exactly like the same buttons on the invoice screen. (See Invoice, Page 16.)

List Estimates

Use this button to list all of your estimates in the list box on the right of the screen.

Display Estimate

First click on an estimate from the estimate list and then click on Display Estimate, the estimate will be displayed on the estimate screen.

Save - Print Estimate

Use this button to print the estimate displayed and save it on your hard disk. The estimate screen will disappear.

Save - No Print

Use this button to save the estimate on your hard disk and exit the estimate screen.

Print No save

Use this button to print the estimate without saving it.

Exit - No Save

Use this button to exit the estimate screen with saving.
