Dr. Balance
Use this button to complete a Doctor balance report in the list box on the right of the screen. This report will be affected by Doctor and Sorted.
Ageing
The Ageing button is used to prepare an aging report in the list box on the right of the screen. This report will be affected by Doctor and Sorted.
Credit Card
This button will prepare a report of your credit card doctors. This report can be used to run a credit card batch. This report will be affected by Doctor and Sorted.
Serv/Charge
Use this button to get a service charge report. This report will be affected by Doctor and Sorted.
Prev. Statement
Click on this button to preview a statement for the doctor entered under Doctor. The report will appear in the list box on the right of the screen. You can preview a statement for only one doctor at a time and only the current months statement will appear.
Read
While you are in the preview statement portion of Doctor Balance you may read any case on the statement by clicking on it in the statement list and clicking on the read button.
Remove Case
When the preview statement report is active, you may use this button to remove a case from the statement. First click on a case in the report on the right of the screen and then click on this button. The case will be removed from the statement.
Add Case
When the preview statement report is active, you may use this button to add a case to the statement. First enter a case number (last 4 numbers) in the text box under Case # and then click on this button. The case will be added to the statement.
Doctor
Enter a doctor number or 0 for all doctors. The number entered here will affect all reports.
Sorted
Click on the Sorted button to change from Yes to No. Yes will sort the report by last name. This will affect the Doctor Balance And Aging Reports.
Use this button to print any report that is showing to the printer. If you want more than one copy, enter the number wanted in the area next to Copies.
Exit
Use the exit button to exit the Doctor Balance Screen.
