The Read/Change screen is the same as the Check In screen. (See Check In) Simply enter a case number in the Case # text box and then press enter. The information about that case will appear on the screen. You will notice that additional information about the case appears in the list box on the lower left of the screen.
You may make any changes to this case in the same manner as Check In.
Save Changes
Use the Save Changes button to save any changes that you have made to this case. Caution! You must use this button or your changes will not be saved.
Print Work Ticket
Use this button to get a copy of the work ticket printed.
Prod.
This button is used to view the production for this case. You will see each step and the employee number of the employee that completed each step. (Production is entered in the Invoice screen. See Invoice)
Re-Schedule
Use this button if you wish to re-schedule this case. The computer will remove the case from the schedule and re-schedule it. (See Schedule/Schedule Manual, Page 7.)
View/Scan
Use the View/Scan button to view previously scanned prescriptions or pictures or to scan new ones.
